Berg Balance Scale (BBS) 可說是 中風 平衡功能評估工具之 gold standard.
然而題目數有14題,且每題評分標準不一
另非專為中風病人設計(為老人設計),sitting balance 只有一題,故對於較嚴重的個案,並不適用。
我喜歡Postural Assessment Scale for people with Stroke (PASS),專為中風病人設計,評分標準類型較少,故極適合臨床與研究使用。
